SUP YOGA

Imagine floating in the sea practicing yoga!! This is what Sup Yoga allows us to do. This discipline emerges from the union of Stand Up Paddle Surf and Yoga and is so relaxing, so complete, frees you from stress, puts you in pure harmony with yourself and your environment.

When we do yoga we must focus all our attention on our movements and our breathing, trying to be in the present moment so that the positions are fluid and correct. On a Stand Up Paddle board we add to all this a moving ground and have to concentrate even more just to maintain the balance and let ourselves be carried on by the movement of the sea, to flow and merge with the environment and finish completely relaxed after a Sup Yoga session.
